About the Department
At the Product Development team, we aim to design, industrialize, and continuously improve tire products that meet customer expectations, industrial performance targets, cost objectives, and time-to-market requirements.
Mission
In this role, you will:
Define green tire models and industrialize products to meet the requirements, including product performance, industrial performance, cost, and lead time
Ensure timely market introduction by coordinating development and industrialization activities
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve manufacturing and design issues
Develop and implement corrective actions to improve product robustness and process stability
Support continuous product evolution, including quality improvements, green and cured model evolution, and process enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, industrial, and design) to deliver sustainable business results
Who We Are Looking For
Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Production, Industrial, Tooling, or related fields)
1–3 years of experience in Product Development, Design Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (New graduates are welcome to apply)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, project-driven environment
Positive mindset with a continuous improvement orientation
Good communication skills in Thai and English
Preferred
Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments
Interest in product innovation, sustainability, and industrial performance optimization
Skills Required
