Job Description

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Betreuung von Projekten und Programmen nach der Serienproduktion.
  • Pflege von Reparaturakten, technische Dokumentation und Durchführung von Bewertungen.
  • Entwicklung und Koordination von Servicekonzepten für Systeme, Geräte und Prüfeinrichtungen.
  • Technische und Serviceunterstützung für nationale und internationale Kunden.
  • Durchführung von Schulungen für Kunden und interne Teams.
  • Erstellung von Fehlerstatistiken und Entwicklung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.
  • Übernahme der Verantwortung als Arbeitspaketleiter für den Kundenservice.

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (vorzugsweise in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder Nachrichtentechnik).
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP.
  • Fundierte Fähigkeiten in der technischen Dokumentation.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and programs post-series production.
  • Maintain repair files, technical documentation, and conduct evaluations.
  • Develop and coordinate support service concepts for systems, devices, and test equipment.
  • Provide technical and service support to both national and international customers.
  • Conduct training courses for customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare failure statistics and develop corrective measures.
  • Assume responsibilities as a Work Package Manager for customer service.

  • Strong quality and responsibility awareness.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide.

Qualifications:

  • Completed engineering studies (preferably in electrical engineering, electronics, or communications engineering).
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Strong skills in technical documentation.
  • Business fluency in both English and German.
