As a Product Support Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in providing technical support for our sensing products and solutions, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales and Customer Service to resolve product issues and drive continuous improvement.
You will report directly to our Tech Support Manager and you’ll work out of our Richardson, TX or Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of our Sensing Solutions business by delivering expert product support, enhancing product reliability, and contributing to the advancement of technologies that serve critical industry applications.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for sensing products used in industrial applications.
- Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials to support internal teams and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to resolve product issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support cross-functional teams on product development projects, providing insights about customers’ needs based on day-to-day interactions with customers.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product support or engineering roles, in industries like Healthcare, Transportation or Aerospace & Defense
- Strong knowledge of sensing technologies and product lifecycle support
- Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions for complex products
