About the Role

We are looking for a Global Product Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team responsible for shaping ECARX’s footprint. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive strategic projects, execute complex initiatives, and provide analytical support to guide key decisions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global markets, customer needs, and emerging industry trends to shape the product roadmap and drive business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution
  • Assist in defining and refining global strategic priorities, leveraging market insights to propose effective go-to-market strategies and expansion plans.

  • Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of key projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time.

Market & Competitive Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth market research, including consumer trends, competitive benchmarking, and regulatory landscapes across multiple geographies.

  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform product positioning, partnerships, and business strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders—Management, Product & Technology, Finance, and Legal—to align initiatives and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies.

  • Coordinate and drive management meetings related to product and technology strategy.

Performance Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track the performance of strategic initiatives.

  • Present clear, data-driven narratives and business recommendations to senior management, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights.

Partner & Stakeholder Management

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, local entities, and key global stakeholders to enable seamless project delivery and partnership development.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to co-create strategies and execution plans.

Benchmarking & Innovation

  • Define benchmarking targets—covering products, technology, and processes—and drive related activities.

  • Stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain ECARX’s competitive edge.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, automotive electronics, or high-tech industries.

  • Worked within a consultancy or other strategically aligned team

  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to integrate market demands, technology trends, and company goals into actionable product strategies with a global perspective.

  • Technical Understanding: Deep understanding of relevant technologies, with the ability to assess product feasibility from a technical standpoint.

  • Data Insight: Strong data analysis skills, capable of identifying market opportunities and trends through rigorous research.

  • Cross-Cultural Communication: Fluent in English as a working language; experience in cross-cultural collaboration is a plus.
