We are on the lookout for a Product Strategist!
 
As a Product Strategist at Symphony, you will analyse market trends and customer needs, define product vision and strategy, and guide products from concept to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, keep stakeholders aligned, and use performance insights to refine strategy and inform future initiatives.

What would be your responsibilities if you join us?

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitors, using data and feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, and build a prioritized roadmap based on user value and market demand.
  • Work with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to turn strategy into execution, overseeing the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Communicate strategy, priorities, and updates to executives, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Track product performance, optimize based on insights and market changes, and run post-launch reviews to guide future improvements.

There are some requirements that will make you stand out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in product management and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Familiarity with UX principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop detailed product roadmaps and strategic plans.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and awareness of industry and market trends.
