We’re on the hunt for a passionate product specialist who’s excited to engage with our neighbors, answer their questions, find opportunities to help, and help build a welcoming, knowledgeable, and interactive community. But that’s not all—we’re also looking for someone who loves to dive in, get their hands dirty, and truly experience our products from the neighbor's perspective—whether that’s through installs, demos, or just playing around to learn the ins and outs. If that sounds like you, we’d love to chat! 

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Answering product-related questions from our neighbors (customers) and turning them into helpful, informative content on our site. 

  • Engaging in follow-up conversations to keep the discussion going and make sure our neighbors feel heard. 

  • Being a go-to resource within the company for product knowledge and helping out where needed. 

  • Staying hands-on with products—learning through installs, demos, and testing to keep your expertise sharp. 

  • Bringing an enthusiastic, positive mindset and a willingness to adapt as things evolve.

  • Strong product knowledge (or the drive to learn fast!). 

  • A natural conversationalist—someone who can connect with customers in a friendly, helpful way.
