The Product Specialists at ThreeFlow support their teammates to deliver value to our broker clients and carrier partners to drive mutual growth, while converting them to ThreeFlow champions. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team to think outside of the box and problem solve.
You’ll know you are a top performer when you consistently receive top satisfaction scores from our clients. You’ll become an authority in the ThreeFlow product, which will ensure you can effectively help our customers with a mix of instructing and troubleshooting. While helping customers is your core focus, you also get an opportunity to work on a variety of projects with departments across ThreeFlow.
About the role
- Serve as the frontline for addressing and resolving client and partner inquiries, delivering outstanding service, and troubleshooting issues.
- Your analytical skills are critical as you respond to clients (including insurance brokers/consultants and carriers) via Zoom, email, and chat.
- Partner with Support Engineer on technical resolution.
- Use data to identify opportunities to improve our product, user resources, and messaging.
- Anticipate potential issues and build action plans with cross-functional teammates that lead to favorable resolutions.
About you
- Interest in the insurance and technology/SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise guidance through emails, calls, or virtual meetings.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn as products and technologies evolve.
- Cross-functional experience in communicating and maintaining relationships with internal partners.
- Ability to switch between tactical and strategic tasks, using data to drive scalable solutions and improvements.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Hard-working self-starter capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- One year of experience with employee benefits insurance (life, disability, dental, vision, worksite, and/or medical).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred requirements
- Prior instructing, research, or tutoring experience.
- Experience with technology.
