As a Mercedes-Benz Product Specialist, you will elevate the ownership experience by:
- Demonstrating Mercedes-Benz vehicle features, luxury technologies, and electric-vehicle innovations
- Educating customers on charging networks, home charging options, and EV lifestyle benefits
- Ensuring every vehicle delivery is fully connected via Mercedes me Connect and Mercedes me Charge
- Assisting customers with technology questions throughout the ownership journey
- Training dealership staff on Mercedes-Benz features, technologies, and available EV incentives
- Supporting dealership-hosted Mercedes-Benz events
- Assisting the Sales Department with test drives and managing test-drive inventory
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with fewer than two moving violations
- 18+ years old
- Confident, polished communicator capable of demonstrating advanced vehicle features
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to explain technology clearly to customers of all tech-comfort levels
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for luxury, innovation, and delivering exceptional service
