Job Description:
Typically acts as the secondary coverage for clients. Extensive product knowledge. Interacts with clients to execute complex product transactions that generate significant revenue. Works under direction of more senior associates.
Perform financial and statistical analyses, conduct research, and prepare support documentation and client presentation materials. Works under direction of more senior associates.
Business Overview
The Regional Loan Syndications group originates and executes club syndicated bank loans for Commercial Banking clients and prospects. The team partners closely with the Commercial Bank, Enterprise Credit, Middle Market Leveraged Finance and Regional Investment Banking to drive new Bank of America led syndicated loans and corresponding ancillary business.
***This position can office in the following locations: Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Dallas, or Denver
Responsibilities
- Perform financial and statistical analysis
- Conduct research and prepare support documentation and client presentation material
- Development/Maintenance of Regional Loan Syndication comparative transactions
- Assist with quarterly/periodic data reporting and analysis
- Preparation of quarterly business updates
- Assist with logistical and operational tasks associated with lender meetings and loan closings
- Works under the direction of more senior associates
