About you
As CARSOME EV Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our electric vehicle sales and promoting and onboarding EV brands. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in the EV industry and social media marketing experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in educating customers about our EV offerings, engaging with prospects on various platforms, and achieving sales targets.
Your Day-to-Day
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all EV products in our portfolio, including NETA and any future EV brands we onboard.
- Attend to customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives, to educate potential buyers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the EV industry.
- Leverage social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and others to promote our EV offerings and engage with a broader audience.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for increased visibility and sales.
- Provide insights and feedback to the Management and marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve outcomes.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay updated on company products, sales techniques, and industry developments.
- Provide CARSOME Consultant with in-depth knowledge about electric vehicles, including benefits, features, and performance.
Your Know-How
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, with a proven track record in EV sales.
- Experience in social media marketing, including content creation, live sessions, and advertising on platforms like Facebook and TikTok.
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicles, including technical aspects, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
