The Role
We're Topaz Labs, an AI tech company that builds image and video enhancement software with deep learning. Over 1M photographers and designers trust us with their work, including on teams at Nvidia, Google, NASA, and more. We've processed over 1 billion images, achieved 1800% revenue growth in the last 6 years, and we're only getting started.
We're looking for a smart and motivated Product Specialist to:
1. Help our enterprise and B2B customers succeed with Topaz Video AI, Photo AI, Gigapixel, Web apps and our API, through answering questions technical troubleshooting in their environment.
2. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, & own the process of implementing them.
3. Identifying needs and proposing additional products and value to customers.
4. Translate needs + feature requests to our engineering team.
This is a true cross-functional role that will give you a masterclass in how a world-class team builds a high-growth tech product. Depending on how well you do, this role will naturally grow into a higher-leverage role in product, marketing, or customer operations.

About you
- You have a technical background (building apps, programming, designing, etc)
- You have an unusually strong work ethic
- You have fantastic presence, writing, and communication, skills
- You think from first principles and focus on the core issues
- Nice to have: You've read Delivering Happiness, Made to Stick, or Setting the Table

This is a unique role for someone interested in making a deep impact at a high-growth tech software company. We offer strong base salary, plus significant ownership that scales with the company's growth. We also offer 100% covered medical/dental/vision for employees, 15 days annual PTO plus holidays, and 401k matching. This is a full-time onsite role in Dallas, TX, and we will ask you to relocate if you're not in the area.
