What You'll Do

As a Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating seamless, user-centered digital experiences for our clients. This role goes beyond traditional design; you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the user needs you uncover are translated into actionable technical requirements. Your focus will be on delivering visually compelling and technically sound solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing intuitive and engaging product experiences by translating user insights and business needs into impactful designs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand the user journey and scope projects that align with client objectives and user expectations.
  • Leading the creation of personas, information architecture, design systems, wireframes, and prototypes that are visually stunning and meet functional requirements.
  • Presenting your designs with clarity and purpose, using compelling decks to communicate your vision and insights.
  • Ensuring that your design solutions are actionable by working closely with developers and product managers to transform user needs (design stories, use cases, themes) into technical deliverables that are practical and feasible.

What You're Like

We’re looking for a product designer who combines creativity with strategic thinking. You thrive on solving complex design challenges and understand that good design is about solving problems—not just aesthetics. You have a keen eye for detail, the ability to think holistically, and a passion for turning ideas into actionable solutions. You are comfortable defending your designs and adapting quickly when new information arises.

What we'd love to see

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or similar roles, with a strong portfolio that highlights your design thinking process and ability to solve complex problems.
  • A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, with examples of how you’ve led the design of impactful digital products.
  • Experience working closely with developers and product teams to ensure your designs are translated into seamless technical solutions. End-to-end project experience is a plus.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Domain expertise in either retail customer experience, sports racing, or financial services is a plus
  • A portfolio showcasing your problem-solving capabilities, with case studies highlighting both the thought process and the final result.
  • Face-to-face client interaction experience.
  • An understanding of cross-cultural differences in communication and language.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • The ability to defend your views with conviction and adapt gracefully when new information arises.
  • Ideally, a degree in a design-related course. However, we are happy to hear from applicants from other backgrounds with self-made references, a great attitude, work ethic, and ambition to craft great experiences.

We care about your personality and professional skills. We don't care about your gender, age, nationality or appearance and are open to working with everyone.
