The Boeing Company is seeking a Product Security Test & Evaluation Manager to join our team in Berkeley, MO (St. Louis Surrounding Area) or Huntsville, AL. The selected applicant will join a highly technical Enterprise Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team. The BT&E organization is building out the future for how Product Security (Cyber) Test & Evaluation will be innovated and executed across the entire Boeing portfolio.
This Management position will be establishing an offensive cyber test capability providing test services to Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) in the Air Dominance and Space & Weapons Systems portfolios. This front-line leader role is responsible for the daily management and leadership of the Product Security Test Engineering teams located in Missouri as well as Alabama.

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Product Security Test & Evaluation across the Enterprise including Defense Engineering Technology and Services
- Manage, develop, and motivate a Product Security Test Team
- Develop project and/or operational plans aligned to BT&E organizational objectives
- Implementing plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved
- Assigning authority and responsibilities to employees to execute the plan
- Reviewing execution plans, making appropriate adjustments, and resolving issues
- Developing and monitoring appropriate metrics to ensure performance to plan
- Support the execution and implementation of technical and functional excellence projects and processes applicable to the organization
- Ensuring technical excellence by developing teammates, providing mentorship and instilling a culture of accountability and bias for action
- Creating a positive cohesive team environment that embodies the Boeing Behaviors
- Develop and execute plans to support and grow programs

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership"
- 3+ years of experience with Cyber Security, Product Security and/or Test & Evaluation
- Willing to travel 20% of the time or more as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Avionics Test & Evaluation
- Experience working with Avionics (non-IT) Systems
- Experience with Product Security applied to Embedded Systems
- Experience with Product Security Incident Response Investigations
- Experience with requirements definition, systems integration and/or system test
- Experience managing budgets/Earn Value Management (EVM)/Cost Account Manager (CAM)
- Experience with Product Security Test Design Practices
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Summary Pay Range: $162,350 - $219,650
