As a Product Security Compliance Officer & Penetration Testing Coordinator, you help ensure our products are secure and compliant throughout their lifecycle and you will coordinate penetration testing on products. Role and responsibilitiesAs a Product Security Compliance Officer & Penetration Testing Coordinator, you collaborate with compliance, risk, and engineering teams. You balance both responsibilities evenly and turn findings into clear actions.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Assess product security controls and capabilities against defined frameworks.
- Report non‑compliance and vulnerabilities with clear, actionable insights.
- Coordinate penetration testing planning, execution, and remediation follow‑up.
- Partner with subject matter experts and developers to close gaps.
- Improve processes and supporting tools for efficiency and quality.
- Track issues through governance and ensure timely resolution.
- Share lessons learned and promote secure‑by‑design practices.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years in security compliance or penetration testing (mid to senior level).
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Familiarity with the EU Cyber Resilience Act and related regulations.
- Knowledge of penetration testing methodologies (e.g., Cyber Kill Chain, OWASP Penetration Testing Framework).
- Exposure to complex industrial systems or cyber‑physical products.
- Practical experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python or PowerShell).

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
