We are looking for a Product Sales Manager (m/f/d) who is passionate about driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and shaping the future of hygienic pump solutions with primary focus on the APAC region.
Responsibilities / Tasks
Your Role – What You’ll Do
- Lead sales activities for hygienic pumps in selected international markets, ensuring sales targets and budgets are met.
- Adapt global strategies into tailored, country-specific business initiatives in close collaboration with the Business Unit Valves & Pumps.
- Build and expand long-term client relationships while identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Monitor markets and competitors, providing insights on business potential and industry trends.
- Act as a product expert by training and supporting internal teams, partners, and distributors to strengthen local competence and autonomy.
- Play an active role in securing large-scale business opportunities from start to finish, maximizing success rates.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Your Profile – What You Bring
- A degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid background in international sales or product management, ideally within industrial equipment, food & beverage, or pharmaceutical technology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and partnerships.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English; German or other languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work in a global environment.
