Job Description

The Product Sales Assistant plays a key role in supporting sales initiatives, assisting customers, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and contributing to a results-driven team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by providing information about products and services.
  • Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Prepare sales materials, reports, and product information as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing.
  • Monitor inventory availability and communicate updates when necessary.
