Skills Required
- Master's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor supplier process-related roles
- Proven experience on SPC and quality improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and develop innovative solutions
- Well communication and leadership skills; ability to guide, train, and develop teams
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment based on multiple sources of information
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and JMP statistical analysis software
