Job Description
- Ensure that all deviation occurred are properly reported, investigated, and closed in accordance with standard procedure. Must ensure that the corresponding plan of corrective and preventive actions, involving relevant areas, is established and completed on time.
- Inspect and release batches of finished products for sale.
- Manage product complaints as a Responsible Complaint Person.
- Support Monitoring tests of cold chain passive containers which are used for the shipment of Refrigerated products.
- Report immediately suspected theft, tampering or other situations that could jeopardize the product quality.
- Ensure that local customization is performed following the guidelines established by the quality area and according to global policies and standard operating procedures that apply locally.
- Monitor compliance with the external party.
- Ensure that the process of Change Control follows as indicated in the standard procedure for local operation and any proposed change (internal or external) that could potentially affect product quality.
- Prepare all quality documentation relating to GMP/GDP operations.
- Assist on training programs to external customers.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Faculty of Pharmacy from Türkiye
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of quality assurance applied to the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in English (conversational, writing and reading)
- Knowledge and mastery of basic computing tools (Microsoft office).
- Good interpersonal relations
- Ability to train working groups
- Good analytical skills and attention to details
