About us

We see the semiconductor industry as a realm of possibility. We see opportunity. We see the profound impact that our graphene solutions will have in transforming the industry. We invite you to join us in driving change with our fundamentally human-centered approach, uniting bright minds around a shared vision. The vision is: Prove to everybody that you can make a fundamental change. Prove with your knowledge and skills how things can be done differently. Together, we can change the paradigm of how the world connects

About our technology

The semiconductor industry’s growing demand for more powerful chips with higher bandwidth and lower power finds its solution in our technology. We connect chips to high-throughput, low-delay computing networks. The key lies in harnessing the physical properties of graphene to combine electronic computing with photonic communication, allowing countless chips to interact almost as if they were one. Our graphene photonic innovation increases computing power and efficiency to a new order of magnitude

In short, we connect chips to create powerful and energy-efficient networks, overcoming connectivity limitations in the semiconductor industry. We deliver the graphene solution

The Role

We are seeking a Product Qualification Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will execute product qualification activities, turning qualification plans into robust test setups, reliable bench data, and clear, traceable evidence that supports product release.

Reporting to the Quality & Reliability Program Lead, you will work closely with the Package Reliability Engineer, Product Engineering team, and external laboratories and OSAT partners to plan and execute qualification testing. You will develop test hardware in collaboration with external partners, coordinate the design of test PCBs and fixtures, select and configure test equipment, and ensure every qualification campaign produces accurate, well-documented, and reproducible results.

Your core focus will be to transform qualification requirements into practical test solutions, execute high-quality validation campaigns, and deliver the reliable data needed to make confident product qualification and release decisions.

To join our team, you should be excited to:

  • Run product qualification testing by performing bench and laboratory qualification tests (thermal, electrical, mechanical, and environmental stress tests) in accordance with qualification plans and test matrix, while accurately tracking samples, test conditions, and results.

  • Develop test PCBs and fixtures with external partners, work on test boards, adapters, and fixtures, from requirements through review and bring-up.

  • Set up and maintain qualification test equipment, including thermal chambers, power supplies, data acquisition systems (DAQ), probe stations, and other laboratory instrumentation, ensuring the lab is always ready to support qualification activities.

  • Coordinate qualification campaigns with OSATs and external laboratories by managing schedules, sample logistics, and test execution, while providing on-site or remote test supervision where needed

  • Collect, analyze, and document qualification results, producing clear pass/fail assessments, comprehensive test reports, and fully traceable records that contribute to the overall product qualification evidence package.

  • Identify and communicate risks early, proactively escalating test failures, equipment limitations, data anomalies, or schedule risks to the Package Reliability Engineer and Quality & Reliability Program Lead to keep qualification activities on track.

Your Qualifications

  • Educational background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.

  • Hands-on product qualification experience with 2–4+ years of experience in hardware bring-up, bench testing, or product qualification test campaigns.

  • Experience testing RF and high-speed I/O, including high-speed serial, RF, or optical links using equipment such as vector network analyzers (VNAs), high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, BERTs, and other signal integrity measurement tools. This is a core requirement for the role, as experience limited to low-speed digital or logic circuit testing is not sufficient. Experience with photonics testing is a strong advantage.

  • Proficiency with laboratory test equipment, including oscilloscopes, power supplies, thermal chambers, data acquisition (DAQ) systems, and, ideally, RF and high-speed characterization equipment such as VNAs, BERT, and high-bandwidth scopes.

  • Experience developing test hardware, working closely with PCB design and fabrication partners to define specs, review designs, and support the bring-up of test boards or fixtures.

  • Strong test execution and documentation skills, running test campaigns methodically and writing clean, traceable results.

  • Excellent collaboration and coordination skills, with experience working across reliability engineering, product engineering, external laboratories, and OSAT partners to successfully execute qualification activities.

  • Thrives in a startup environment, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced, resource-conscious setting.
