This is a full-time remote Product/Project Manager position. You will facilitate collaboration between our operational team (working PST hours, California) and our technical team (working Eastern European hours), ensuring structured communication, feature tracking, and the delivery of clear release updates related to ELD features and compliance workflows.
QualificationsRequired:
3+ years of experience in Product/Project Management, Operations Coordination, or similar roles
Experience with Jira, Monday, or similar
Fluent English (C1+) and Russian (C1+) (our technical team is primarily Belarusians, communicating internally in Russian, while documentation and most interactions with the US-based team are in English)
Ability to work mainly during Pacific Time hours (ideally based in LATAM or comfortable aligning with US working hours)
Preferred but not required:
Working knowledge of regulatory compliance processes or a willingness to learn the ELD mandate (no prior experience required — we’ll provide onboarding)
Experience writing release notes and turning technical updates into clear guidance for support and operations teams
