Product Portfolio Analytics & Operations AnalystAbout Analog Devices

Analog Devices empowers the Intelligent Edge with innovative analog, digital and software solutions that help customers transform raw data into actionable insights and make connected devices smarter, more responsive and more impactful. ADI’s Software and Digital Platforms organization is shaping the software tools, platforms and digital experiences that help customers discover, evaluate, develop with and adopt ADI technologies.

We are seeking a Product Portfolio Analytics & Operations Analyst to help our Marketing and Software Product teams define, implement and report on the products, portfolio and business-level metrics needed to manage a growing software portfolio.

Role Summary

As ADI’s software portfolio continues to grow, the way we measure product value, customer adoption, user journeys and go-to-market (GTM) execution becomes increasingly important. This role will help create the metrics, dashboards, reporting discipline and operating visibility that allow teams to understand what is working, where users are getting value, where adoption may be blocked and where leadership attention is needed.

You will work across Marketing, Product Owners, engineering, data teams, communications and portfolio leadership, supporting the portfolio lead’s operating model. Your work will help teams move from fragmented updates and manual status tracking towards a more consistent, evidence-led operating model for product and business performance.

This is an AI-forward analytics and operations role. We are looking for someone who is curious about how AI-enabled workflows can improve reporting, accelerate insight generation, simplify portfolio queries, automate recurring summaries and help teams interrogate data across multiple products, dashboards and source systems.

Candidate Background

May come from product analytics, business analysis, product operations, marketing operations, reporting, data, or a similar analytical background. We welcome a range of professional backgrounds and value candidates who can demonstrate practical operating impact.

Structured thinker who can bring order to ambiguous product, GTM and portfolio data through practical, proportionate solutions.

  • Comfortable moving between detailed analysis and concise leadership-level storytelling, with a strong bias towards clarity, consistency and decision usefulness.

Strong at connecting product context, user behavior, business goals, and operational follow-through. AI-curious and practical, with a thoughtful view of how emerging tools can improve reporting quality, speed and scale while keeping data and decisions traceable. Collaborative, open to different perspectives and able to build trust across Marketing, Product, UX, Engineering, Data, Communications and leadership teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & AI-Enabled Reporting
  • Partner with data, IT, AI and governance teams to shape practical AI-assisted reporting workflows that help teams ask better questions across distributed product, GTM and business data while keeping security, source data and decision logic traceable.
  • Gather and clarify requirements, translate stakeholder needs into dashboard logic, and challenge unclear metrics or reports that do not support a clear decision or action.

Explore practical AI-enabled reporting workflows, including recurring report generation, dashboard summarization, anomaly explanation, natural language querying and executive update support.

  • Help teams use AI responsibly to reduce manual reporting effort while keeping source data, metric definitions, decision logic and enterprise governance requirements clear and traceable.
Telemetry, Metrics & Dashboarding

Collect, structure and analyze in-product telemetry data to support dashboards based on product value, north star metrics, adoption, engagement, outcomes and user journey performance.

Build and maintain management-level and Product Owner-level dashboards that support portfolio reviews, product planning, technical prioritization and follow-up actions.

  • Work with the portfolio lead and Product Owners to document metric definitions, user journey stages, dashboard requirements, reporting logic and product-specific data needs.
  • Identify usage patterns, drop offs, friction points, bottlenecks and other journey signals that help teams understand where product experience or adoption may need attention.
  • Document telemetry data gaps, inconsistent definitions, event quality issues, dashboard limitations and scaling considerations as more products are added to the portfolio.
Portfolio Reporting & GTM Execution
  • Create portfolio reporting views that give leadership a clear picture of product health, adoption, value realization, north star progress and areas requiring follow up.

Maintain the dashboard operating rhythm, including intake tracking, metric updates, data refresh checks, change logs, open issue tracking, and recurring reporting packs.

  • Treat GTM as a product journey by building dashboards or trackers that show activity progress, launch readiness, collateral status, enablement progress, dependencies, risks, ownership and bottlenecks.

Prepare concise summaries that explain what changed, what is complete, what is blocked, what may require attention, and where deeper review is needed.

Relevant Experience

Experience in product analytics, business analysis, product operations, marketing analytics, reporting operations, GTM operations, or a similar analytical role in a cross-functional product environment.

Experience building dashboards, trackers, reporting packs or operational views used by business, product, marketing, or technical teams.

Working knowledge of metric definition, data quality, dashboard logic, telemetry, event-based measurement, funnel analysis, or scalable reporting practices.

  • Practical experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, product analytics platforms or similar reporting and analysis tools, with enough depth to build dashboards, validate outputs and document metric logic.

Nice to have experience with B2B technology, software, SaaS, semiconductor, developer tooling, product telemetry, CRM, web analytics, Python, notebooks, lightweight pipelines, or dashboard automation.

What Success Looks Like
  • Portfolio leadership has clear and current visibility into product value, adoption, engagement, outcomes and north star progress.
  • Product Owners and technical teams can use dashboards to identify user journey bottlenecks and areas that need deeper review.
  • GTM execution status is visible across the portfolio, with progress, dependencies, readiness, risks and bottlenecks easy to review.
  • The role reduces manual coordination burden for the portfolio lead by keeping telemetry and GTM operating views accurate, current and decision ready.
