Product People Partnering Senior Specialist

 What you’ll do:

• Join our People Partnering team, reporting directly to the Product & Corporate People Partnering Senior Manager.

• Play an active role in supporting the full employee lifecycle for the Product functions.

• Be the go-to person for a wide range of HR-related activities, including onboarding and induction of new hires, learning & development initiatives, salary reviews, budgeting and forecasting, people management support, and administrative tasks.

What you’ll bring:

• A degree in Law, Psychology, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role (minimum 1–2 years).

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems (e.g., Workday); knowledge of the relevant Italian National Labour Agreement (CCNL).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in both English and Italian, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
