We are looking for a Product Owner who will shape the product vision, own the roadmap, and help scale growth opportunities. In this role, you’ll sit at the center of strategy, technology, and customer experience—translating real user needs and market insights into high‑impact product outcomes.

You will partner closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver products that solve meaningful problems and drive measurable results.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive the product vision and roadmap, ensuring clear priorities that support growth and long-term strategy
  • Stay close to the market by tracking industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs, translating insights into product direction
  • Define and monitor product success metrics, leveraging data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement
  • Translate roadmap initiatives into clear, actionable product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Break down high-level concepts into well-prioritized, executable user stories managed in JIRA, enabling the development team to deliver with confidence
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery
  • Use Atlassian Confluence to document requirements, decisions, and product knowledge, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Act as the go-to product expert, offering creative, pragmatic solutions to real-world use cases
  • Continuously evaluate product progress and outcomes, incorporating customer and stakeholder feedback to refine and enhance the product
  • Proactively identify and help remove delivery impediments, ensuring successful sprint and release goals

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in Product Management / Product Owner roles in an Agile environment
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Writing user stories and product requirements
    • Managing a product roadmap
    • Using JIRA for backlog management and delivery tracking
    • Using Atlassian Confluence for documentation and collaboration
  • Familiarity with or experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
