Summary: As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Your typical day will involve shaping and managing the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring that the product team consistently delivers on client needs and wants. You will engage in validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops, which will inform timely direction changes based on knowledge discovery. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential as you work to align the product vision with customer expectations and market demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Continuously assess and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions. - Familiarity with user experience design principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
