The Role
Project Role : Product Owner
Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and execute the development of a cutting-edge smart product integrating AI/ML technologies, a front-end user application, and a human-in-the-loop operational model. This role requires driving the adoption of robust process frameworks and managing the AI-driven Technology Development Life Cycle (TDLC) to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable product delivery. The TPM will champion SAFe Agile methodologies to coordinate cross-functional teams, proactively manage risks, and align key stakeholders around strategic priorities. You will be instrumental in bringing structure to complex AI projects, fostering collaboration, and steering the program through all phases from ideation to deployment and iteration. Education qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably in AI/ML or software product development. • Proven expertise in SAFe Agile frameworks with experience leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and driving large-scale Agile transformations. Roles and responsibilities: • Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize AI-driven Technology Development Life Cycles (TDLC) and bring best practices to emerging technology projects. • Strong skills in designing and implementing scalable process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and transparency. • Deep experience managing complex programs involving AI/ML engines, front-end applications, and human-in-the-loop workflows. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams and leadership. • Proven capability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle. • Proficient in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to lead multiple workstreams concurrently. Technical experience & Professional attributes: • Technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle management, and deployment challenges. • Experience working closely with data science, engineering, UX/UI, and operations teams. • Knowledge of human-in-the-loop system design, including monitoring and feedback mechanisms. • Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMP, or Agile Scrum Master. Additional Information: • Experience facilitating PI Planning, retrospectives, and cross-team collaboration workshops. • Familiarity with DevOps practices and integration with AI/ML model deployment pipelines.
