Nexaminds is actively looking for a Product Owner!
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Scrum Master or similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Assists Program Manager in Definition of Epics and Features
- Refines Epics and Features into workable development stories
- With PM Refines Stories and Supports Development Within a Sprint
- Provides Reporting Metrics Against Each Sprint
- Leads Sprint Planning
- Leads Sprint Reporting
- Oversees Product Release Process
Job duties:
