Product Owner

The Product Owner will be a member of our growing product and technology team. We are looking for a hands-on, technology proficient, team player who can define and deliver innovative solutions for new and existing products. As a Product Owner, you will gain ownership over a product, deliver functional requirements and technical solutions by coordinating with R&D and Sales teams. This position involves the development of the company’s internal and client-facing applications, as well as the data that drives them.

• Work with Product Management to understand product direction and high-level scope
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Maintain expertise with respect to cloud platform usage and billing files
• Manage both internal and external professional documentation.
• Perform or assist with proof-of-concept work in order to scope development efforts
• Constantly cycle feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and engineers into the development cycle as user stories and epics
• Work with engineering leads or scrum masters to define and refine each feature and user and story’s scope, requirements, and details.
• Support engineering teams with proper documentation, diagrams, and other resources
• Coordinate with analysts to provide data inputs and output models to guide development efforts
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, when necessary
• Ensure completion of acceptance criteria, in particular those requiring in-depth analysis
• Track capacity, velocity, and current skill sets of development team to adjustment to roadmap
• Ensure internal alignment regarding release dates, value, and requirements of features.
• Prioritize agile teamwork efforts in alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Answer questions from dev teams, clarifying requirements.
• Encourage innovation and ongoing process improvements.
• Brief and train the sales force and other customer-facing colleagues.

Desired Skills & Responsibilities:

• More than 4 years of experience as a product owner with Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Solid technical background, understanding or hands-on experience in Software development. or DevOps Engineering etc.
• Intermediate skills with SQL Queries , Hands on with UX and UI instincts.
• Solid understanding of the product life cycle and scaled Agile Framework.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others and work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Excellent soft skills, inter-personal relationship abilities and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a proven track record of shipping user-facing SaaS products.
• Have a strong technology and/or engineering foundation that drives innovation and vision.
• Highly organized and capable of working on several projects.
• Obsess over the details, while also focusing on what comes next. Comfortable making impactful decisions utilizing strong technical experience.

Bonus Points if you....

• Experience in cloud technologies and Understanding in Cloud Finops.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both in English and Hebrew.
• Certification in one or more hyperscale cloud provider.
