Kitman Labs’ advanced operating system, the Intelligence Platform (iP) is now used by over 2000 teams in 50 leagues on 6 continents, including the NFL, Premier League, National Women’s Soccer League and MLS.
We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Owner to lead product delivery initiatives from conception through to launch. This role will require a strategic thinker with a strong emphasis on executing on product vision, stakeholder management, and facilitating a successful product lifecycle. This role will have a particular focus on reporting, analytics and visualisation.
Key Responsibilties
- Lead the full delivery lifecycle for assigned products and features, from ideation through to release and beyond, ensuring quality and alignment with business goals.
- Prioritise product features and build consensus across stakeholders to foster a shared vision for product direction.
- Drive efficient product execution with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to transform requirements into actionable stories and successfully deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver an optimal customer experience and iterate on user-centric product requirements.
- Develop and manage product backlogs, continuously refining to align with evolving priorities and business needs.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product success, continuously seeking opportunities for optimization.
- Support the marketing and related teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, ensuring product positioning aligns with user needs and market opportunities.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and decisions effectively to stakeholders, acting as the central point for the product delivery.
Experience and skills required
- Proven experience in a Product Manager / Product Owner role, with a focus on product delivery in a software or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and ongoing iteration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and create alignment between stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.
- Solid experience working directly with development teams, including creating user stories, managing backlogs, and ensuring clear requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to define, measure, and communicate product performance, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Ability to clearly articulate product strategies, delivery progress, and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with design teams to deliver user-focused solutions and conducting usability studies.
- Effective collaboration with marketing teams to create go-to-market plans and customer-facing materials.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for customer-facing content and product documentation.

Location
Whilst remote, you can work from our Dublin office, which is located in the impressive CHQ Building, a 2 minute walk from Connolly train station, and very close to all major bus routes and both Luas lines. We're also on the doorstep of many shops, restaurants, bars & cafes.
