In particular, you will:​

• Define, manage and evolve the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives and technical priorities.
• Drive the product vision and support strategic initiatives, including the conception of AI-powered capabilities, the evolution of CRM solutions and the transition toward SaaS platforms.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends and competitive insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders, Tech Leads and other Product Owners to align product priorities, drive product decisions and ensure consistency across products and initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze and continuously improve product KPIs, with a primary focus on adoption, user engagement and business value realization.

What skills are we looking for?​

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role, with proven experience in CRM products; exposure to Marketing Automation solutions is considered a plus.
• Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, backlog prioritization and product delivery in Agile environments.
• Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies and a genuine interest in identifying and driving AI-powered product innovations.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and solid knowledge of Product Thinking and UX principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for ideas and product decisions.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience using KPIs and business metrics to measure product impact and success.
• Strong creativity, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach, an innovation-driven mindset and the ability to turn strategic vision into tangible results.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).

• Total compensation: € 39.000 – € 54.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.​​
