We're building a product team around our own IP, and we need someone to run it day to day. Our products aren't SaaS. They're AI systems deployed into the client's own cloud tenant or on-prem environment, with about 80% of the value out of the box and the rest customised. That means deployment paths, trials, marketplace listings and SLAs matter as much as features here. You'll also support the CSO and CTO on the commercial side and help keep AIR Satori, our internal research team, focused on problems that matter.
What Your Day Might Look Like:
- Strategy into roadmap: Turn the product strategy into a roadmap with real sequencing and trade-offs, and say no to what doesn't fit.
- Roadmap into stories: Break the roadmap into epics and stories engineers can pick up without a translation layer.
- Run delivery: Own the backlog across all our software products and run the cycle day to day: planning, prioritisation, unblocking, and releasing on the promised date.
- Trials & onboarding: Design how trials work and what "it worked" means. Build an onboarding practice so the tenth deployment goes faster than the first.
- Deployment & customer success: Shorten the path to production, including through marketplaces. Stand up customer success so SLAs are actually met and what we learn after go-live feeds back into the product.
- Commercial side: Work with the CSO to track competitors and pricing, build business cases (cost to serve, pricing, client payback), and give sales material they can use.
- AIR Satori: Keep the research team's goals and cadence clear, and connect its output to the roadmap.
Requirements
Your Superpowers 🚀
- Enterprise product experience: 3+ years in product management or ownership on software sold to enterprise clients.
- Engineering fluency: You write stories developers don't need to rewrite, and you can discuss technical trade-offs without a translator.
- AI literacy: You know what agents, forecasting models and ML pipelines can and can't do, and what makes them hard to deploy and support.
- Builder mindset: You're happy to shape processes like onboarding, trials and SLA handling from scratch.
- Clear writing: You make sure ten people share the same picture of what's being built.
