You'll take ownership of a single backlog supporting simple tech changes to a product and being responsible for its success/failure.
Leads work across the feature team. Uses experience to prioritise work and manage backlog.
Demonstrates a sufficient level of domain knowledge.
You'll influence positively - demonstrating the right values and behaviours and encouraging this in team members
Skills Required
- 8-14 years experience
- Location: Hyderabad
- Product delivery experience including planning, budgeting, and resource management
- Customer-centric approach with ability to align work to customer outcomes
- Ownership of a single backlog and responsibility for product success
- Experience leading feature teams and managing/prioritising backlogs
- Domain knowledge in financial crime / AML
- Strong influencing skills and demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours
