CyberPro Consulting is looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join a leading financial services environment in Sandton.
We’re looking for someone with a strong banking technology background, specifically across payments and card issuing, who can bridge the gap between business requirements, product priorities and technical delivery.
This role will suit a technically strong Product Owner who is comfortable working with Technology, Engineering, Architecture and Business stakeholders within a complex banking environment.

Skills Required
- Proven Technical Product Owner or Product Owner experience
- Strong banking or financial services experience
- Hands-on experience in payments and card issuing
- Understanding of payment platforms, processes, and integrations
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery and the SDLC
- Experience managing product priorities, roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery risks
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery outcomes
- Strong senior-level stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in complex enterprise technology environments
- Advanced Diploma or National First Degree, with Matric and relevant tertiary qualification
- MMP or equivalent
- Formal accreditation in the professional field where applicable
- 10–15 years of experience in an IT environment, including at least 2 years in a feeder area
- Knowledge of ITIL, IT concepts, business processes, governance, risk and controls, project management, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder management
