Product Owner / Manager

Our founders are based in Silicon Valley, CA. We are a startup that has a good history of building cool, disruptive applications. We’re currently looking for talented, passionate, and multi-dimensional IT resources. We like those who are intelligent, love solving problems and have a passion for developing and configuring applications.

We have teams based in Marilao, Bulacan, and Angeles City, Pampanga.

This significant role helps steer the entire feature crew towards product success.

It engages extensively with every software development-related discipline (Technical Design, Software Engineer, and Quality Assurance), company stakeholders, and end-users to identify problems, formulate effective solutions, and, finally, build the product that solves the end-user's problem.

The role will primarily experience but not limited to the following exercises:

• Develop product expertise through problem analysis, requirement gathering, and definition of solutions

• Create or Maintain the product requirement specification document

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure product quality based on specified solution

• Collaborate with Technical Designers to develop user-friendly and accessible product wireframe

• Collaborate with Software Engineers to provide value-driven, effective and efficient technical solutions

• Work with Project Managers to guide the feature crew's priorities and formulate strategies to ensure timely turnaround of development milestones

• Manage feature crew priorities based on current goals to enable higher probability of hitting the required deliverables

• Formulate resolutions with the crew on potential issues within the product development life cycle
