Product Owner – Live Casino

Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join the Live Casino division, based in Yerevan, Armenia.

This role covers the end-to-end ownership of Live Casino products, including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Wheel of Fortune, and Game Shows, as well as internal tools (Dealer Tool, Service Management Tool, and Backoffice).
You will be responsible for planning, documenting, and delivering new games and features, coordinating across multiple teams and ensuring a fast time-to-market with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full product lifecycle for Live Casino games from concept to release and ongoing improvement.
• Define product vision, requirements, rules, and key features for each game.
• Prepare detailed product documentation, specifications, wireframes, and briefs.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, mathematicians, QA, and operations to ensure efficient delivery.
• Manage product backlog, priorities, and release planning in line with business goals.
• Work closely with studio, technical, and commercial teams to align timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and track KPIs.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and delivery review sessions.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and internal communication efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Live Casino.
• Strong understanding of Live Casino games and internal tools (Dealer Tool, Backoffice, Service Management, etc.).
• Proven experience managing the delivery of multiple game types: Game Shows, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Wheel of Fortune.
• Excellent skills in documentation, product requirements writing, and cross-department communication.
• Understanding of project management principles and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to coordinate between multiple technical and creative teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and product quality.
• Proficiency in English (working level). Armenian and Russian are strong advantages.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for backlog and documentation management.
