Position OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Product Owner with 1–2 years of experience in digital products, software development, or technology platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product management, agile methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.
The successful candidate will support product planning, backlog management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication while continuing to develop their product ownership skills within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management and prioritization of the Product Backlog.
- Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business needs.
- Participate in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Assist in managing expectations and communication between business and technology teams.
- Support product planning activities and agile ceremonies.
- Track, organize, and document tasks, deliverables, and project progress.
- Work closely with development, QA, UX/UI, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and product enhancements.
- 1–2 years of experience working with digital products, software development, technology platforms, or related environments.
- At least 1 year of experience in project management, product management, or agile environments.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience documenting requirements, user stories, and business processes.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
