Product Owner (Hybrid, Cluj-Napoca)

The Product Owner supports the delivery of creative digital projects to internal clients, following the department's workflow. Works closely with all stakeholders involved to ensure a smooth process, based on available resources and business priority.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING TASKS:

• Facilitates communication between technical and non-technical teams;
• Monitors project statuses and deadlines;
• Provides updates to management, reports on project progress, and escalates potential issues before they arise, including recommending possible solutions;
• Regularly reviews and prioritizes the product backlog to ensure the most valuable and relevant features are addressed;
• Creates clear, concise user stories and refines existing ones based on feedback and updated information;
• Maintains the product backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date, well-organized, and contains detailed, prioritized items;
• Defines acceptance criteria for each user story to ensure deliverables meet quality and functionality standards;
• Tracks and reports on product KPIs (adoption, engagement, etc.) to inform prioritization;
•  Contributes to process improvements within the product development lifecycle, recommending adjustments to increase efficiency and outcomes;
• Meets with stakeholders, customers, and end-users to gather requirements and feedback;
• Provides updates to stakeholders on product development progress, including changes in priorities or timelines;
• Works closely with the development team to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria;
• Answers questions and provides guidance to ensure the team stays on track;
• Plans product releases and coordinates with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure successful launches;
• Identifies potential risks and issues that could impact the product's success;
• Develops strategies to mitigate risks and support product stability and growth;
• Collaborates with UX/UI designers to ensure customer experience is intuitive, consistent, and aligned with user needs.

WHAT QUALIFIES YOU TO JOIN US ON OUR MISSION

• 2+ years of similar experience including people and team management;
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills;
• Advanced understanding of web technologies;
• Familiar with studio and digital workflows for web and graphic design;
• People centric and empathic;
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
• First class planning and time management skills;
• Hybrid working model (2 days/ week in office);
