We are looking for a Product Owner (m/f/x) for the ERP division at our location in Weil am Rhein. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical development of a business domain within our ERP landscape. You will structure and prioritize requirements, design future business processes, and work closely with business units and IT. In doing so, you will ensure that solutions are implemented in a sustainable and scalable manner and in line with our target architecture.
Your Responsibilities
Drive the technical development of the ERP landscape within a business domain such as Finance, Supply Chain, Product, or Sales
Structure, prioritize, and manage requirements based on business value and strategic relevance
Translate business needs into IT system requirements and challenge them to ensure optimal solutions
Analyze existing business processes and develop sustainable, scalable target processes together with business stakeholders
Own and maintain a structured backlog for the assigned domain
Serve as the key interface between business and IT, fostering close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
Shape the implementation of our future ERP landscape as part of an international greenfield project and lead the definition and implementation of target processes within the domain
Prepare and present requirements and changes throughout the governance and decision-making process
Collaborate with architecture and implementation teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with the target architecture
Your Profile
Initial hands-on experience with ERP systems or other business applications is a plus
A structured and analytical approach to work, along with the ability to present complex topics in an understandable way
Understanding of end-to-end processes in at least one of the following areas: Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management, or Sales
Experience in gathering, structuring, and prioritizing business requirements
Experience with ERP, business application, or digital transformation projects is a plus
Basic understanding of IT systems, interfaces, and data flows
Experience with methods and tools for requirements management and documentation is a plus
Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with diverse teams
Excellent English and German language skills for effective communication with international colleagues
