  • Drive automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve the accuracy and accessibility of roadmap data.

Communication & Change Management

  • Establish repeatable communication practices for roadmap updates—ensuring Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer teams are informed of changes in a timely and effective way.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and GTM Launch teams to coordinate roadmap-related external messaging and release notes.
  • Create frameworks to distinguish between strategic direction, planned commitments, and in-flight delivery.

Process & Prioritization

  • Support quarterly and annual planning cycles by integrating roadmap data into prioritization discussions and capacity modeling.
  • Develop and maintain playbooks for roadmap intake, scoring, and decision-making processes.
  • Help identify dependencies and risks early through data-driven visibility into roadmap progress.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the operational bridge between Product, Engineering, and GTM to ensure roadmap decisions are well-informed and well-communicated.
  • Enable downstream functions (Support, Success, Marketing, Sales) to plan ahead with confidence by maintaining reliable roadmap signals.

Qualifications:

Technical

  • Advanced fluency with Jira, Confluence, and other PDLC tools; experience designing and maintaining roadmap or planning dashboards.
