How you will make an impact:

  • Own the systems and tools that support day-to-day product development and delivery, including measuring product adoption and driving end-user awareness of new and existing functionality through our Product Analytics Suite (Freshpaint, Mixpanel, Chameleon).
  • Support backlog grooming, release readiness, and delivery tracking by working closely with product managers and engineering leads.
  • Help document and improve product operations processes, including intake, prioritization, release tracking, user suggestions, and change management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to keep product initiatives on track and ensure clear communication between teams.
  • Create and maintain product documentation and help facilitate internal training and rollout coordination for new releases.
  • Manage relationships with key product tool vendors, including contracts, licensing, renewals, and support escalations.

Systems Mapping and Monitoring

  • Monitor the health of key systems and integrations using dashboards and feedback loops, escalating issues when risks or errors are detected.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product to define alerting and triage workflows for system incidents or downtime.

Insights and Performance Visibility

  • Maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into product delivery progress, adoption trends, and key operational metrics.
  • Track and share product engagement and issue trends to support prioritization and product decision-making.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • 3–6 years of experience in product operations, product/program management, technical writing, or business operations within healthcare or technology.
  • Proficiency with project and product management tools such as Jira, GitHub, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or SQL to support data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with workflow mapping, process documentation, and end-user training materials.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management and in-app education tools such as GitBook, Chameleon, or similar platforms.
