About the Role
The Product Manager I will lead the execution of a product feature, own its development plan, and represent it within the Product Management team. This role involves understanding customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to gather requirements, understand needs, and inform product decisions.
- Lead the execution of a product roadmap for a single feature area, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze data to inform decisions, evaluate options, and recommend actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and analytics, to prioritize features and improve customer experience.
- Contribute to go-to-market activities, training, and supporting internal stakeholders.
- Participate in process improvements and provide input to product strategy.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both business and technical teams.

Experience:
- 2–3 years in product management, business analysis, QA, or related roles.

Education:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills (Desirable):
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
- Understanding of technology architecture and ability to work with developers to understand technical constraints.
