Job Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Product Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement through performance marketing and SEO initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that enhance product visibility, generate leads, and maximize ROI. This role requires hands-on experience with digital advertising, data analysis, and search engine optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO and Content Strategy:

  • Lead and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive sustainable growth in organic traffic and improve keyword rankings
  • Oversee content-led acquisition strategies, including the planning and optimization of blogs, landing pages, and resource hubs in alignment with SEO and business goals.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring technical SEO best practices are consistently implemented.
  • Identify and leverage organic growth loops within product and community ecosystems.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to enhance search engine rankings.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues affecting website performance.
  • Manage link-building strategies and optimize off-page factors to enhance domain authority.

Performance Marketing:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and more.

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, creative testing, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization.

  • Implement data-driven strategies to increase user engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, focusing on scalability and achieving ROI targets.

  • Build and maintain a robust tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager for accurate attribution and analytics.

  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and campaign strategies.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to stakeholders.

Technical Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in owning and scaling SEO, content marketing, and performance campaigns within high-growth environments.

  • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic fundamentals.

  • Strong proficiency in analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Looker, and Tableau to track performance metrics and generate actionable insights.

  • Hands-on experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) for conversion and event tracking.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) for lead nurturing and audience segmentation.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to troubleshoot tracking issues and support SEO implementation.
