Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who is passionate about technology and thrives on the challenges of marketing complex products in a fast-paced environment. You will take charge of our marketing efforts, product definition,  defining market fit and strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring our robotics products effectively move through the marketing pipeline from awareness to retention.  As a member of a service robotics company, passion for technology will help you succeed in this role.

Primary duties

• Develop and implement growth strategies for our products, prioritising initiatives to maximise impact.
• Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop business models and pricing models for the products. 
• Analyse and maintain detailed buyer personas, segments and customer journey maps.
• Drive demand with innovative marketing tactics.
• Manage KPIs and metrics to measure product success and inform future strategies.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to strategically position our products.
• Translate technical product details into compelling benefits for users
• Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, optimising for ROI.
• Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Support sales channels development and marketing-sales alignment.
• Coordinate and support various marketing and sales activities.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Master in any technical field (engineering is prefered)  with marketing experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a technology-focused industry.
• Passion for technology is a big plus.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Computer skills, including MS Office (especially MS Excel) and Google drive suite (docs, spreadsheets, etc)
• Applicants need to have a European work permit.
• Proficient in English and Spanish, with availability to travel as needed.

• Permanent full-time contract. 37.5 hours/week - At PAL, we believe in work-life balance and in order for every one of our employees to benefit, from 2024 we have pledged to work 2.5 hours less every week. 
• Flexible working hours and early finish at 14:00 on Fridays.
