Content Marketing Specialist (1 year contract)

We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our team for an 1 year contract. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the creation of marketing materials and digital campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on copywriting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.

A Day in the Life of a Content Marketing Specialist at Qualco will include:

• Content & Copywriting: Develop compelling marketing materials and digital content, including website copy, social media, email campaigns, and product collateral;
• Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in and executing multi-channel digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging;
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Create and refine marketing assets by working closely with product managers, designers, and digital marketing peers;
• Performance & Optimization: Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze engagement data, and optimize content for better results;
• Market & Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing strategies;

• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• 1-2 years of experience in product marketing or B2B marketing, ideally within the fintech sector;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment and manage multiple projects effectively;
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and analytics platforms is a plus;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a plus;
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines;
• Experience leveraging AI-powered writing tools to enhance content creation and optimize messaging.
