BlackRock Canada, through its strategic alliance with RBC Global Asset Management, is focused on growing the adoption of RBC ETFs and iShares ETFs in Canada, across investment advisors, institutional investors, and individuals. We are hiring a motivated individual to join the team as a Product Marketing Operations Analyst.
Job Description
The Product Marketing Operations Analyst supports ETF product commercialization by partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Compliance to produce timely and impactful product content. The position plays a critical role in translating product insights into effective marketing and sales materials that support client engagement and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Commercialization
- Support ETF product commercialization efforts across investor segments and distribution channels.
- Translate product features, investment themes, and market insights into clear, effective product messaging and storytelling.
- Contribute to content ideation and development, including insight pieces, campaign materials, marketing assets that support priority products and initiatives.
Cross-Functional Execution & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a central point of content coordination across Product, Marketing, Compliance, Sales, Design, Translation, and external vendors to align requirements and timelines.
- Manage end-to-end workflows spanning content creation, compliance approval, translation, design, staging, and distribution.
- Act as a quality control checkpoint, proactively flagging issues, correcting disclosures, and coordinating updates as needed.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve product marketing and content workflows, including process efficiencies and documentation.
- Explore and support the use of AI-enabled and digital tools to enhance speed, consistency, and scalability of marketing execution.
- Support broader product marketing initiatives and operational priorities as the business scales.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exposure to AI‑enabled solutions and marketing platforms is an asset.
- Understanding of investment products, particularly ETFs, and the Canadian asset management landscape is an asset.
- Experience in investment research, product marketing, and/or content governance is preferred.
