Growth Product Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to help us grow and improve our product. You’ll focus on optimizing conversion funnels, running A/B tests, and working with different teams to make our product experience even better. If you’re passionate about data, experimenting with ideas, and driving product growth, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Track industry trends and competitor activities to gain insights for growth
• Identify opportunities to optimize marketing funnels and increase conversions
• Develop ideas to increase revenue through upsells and product offerings
• Plan and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user experience
• Analyze key marketing metrics and propose improvements to make the product more profitable
• Work with marketing, creatives, product, and development teams to launch campaigns and improve features
   

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years experience in product marketing or a growth-related role
• Expertise in analyzing data and using it to make decisions
• Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to get things done
• Clear and concise in both writing and speaking. Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Knowledge of pricing models and ways to increase revenue
