This role requires one day per week in our Kilkenny HQ.
We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience, preferably in B2B companies within the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that support our product teams, sales teams, and client management teams.
The role:
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and market demands
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience
- Produce high-quality marketing collateral, including product sheets, presentations, and sales enablement materials
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and client management teams to ensure effective communication of product features and benefits
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Plan and execute product launches, including internal and external communications
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, target market, and customer needs
- Analyze product performance metrics and provide insights to drive product improvements and marketing effectiveness
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B fintech or related industries
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis
- Experience in working cross-functionally with product, sales, and client management teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Knowledge of VAT, tax compliance, or financial services is highly desirable
