Essential Functions:

  • Market Potential Analysis: Assess IQVIA’s potential in various marketplaces and determine the best strategies to maximize our impact.

  • Lifecycle Management: Lead the lifecycle management of offerings, making strategic decisions to enhance profitability and market penetration.

  • Innovation and Partnerships: Develop innovative combinations of IQVIA and third-party offerings, aligning them with corporate strategy to maximize client benefits and market position.

  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Define and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, ensuring offerings meet customer needs and are economically viable.

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with client-facing teams to document client needs and support the continuous development of relevant offerings.

  • Brand Enhancement: Improve our brand image through effective communication, KOL engagement, and impactful events.

  • Marketing Communication: Rebuild marketing communication and product positioning to achieve targeted business results.

  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning and profitability of our offerings.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years, ideally 3-5 years, in Marketing/Product Development with non-physical/data-driven products and services. Industry experience (e.g. in PR & Research Agencies, Banking, Insurance, IT, or Services industries). Experience in Pharma, Healthcare would be of advantage.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, curiosity, drive, strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, project management, and planning skills.

  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the Czech Republic.
