Missions
- As our future Product Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of the entire product lifecycle for two impact teams (squads) — from market research and customer insights to launch strategies and post-launch optimization — ensuring our products hit the mark and resonate with our targets within our market.
- Analyze market trends and opportunities to shape product strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
- Deep dive into customer insights, blending qualitative and quantitative research to understand needs, preferences, and willingness to pay.
- Craft compelling value propositions and messaging tailored to different markets, segments, and audiences.
- Design and execute go-to-market and go-to-customer strategies, driving awareness, adoption and acquisition through the right channels.
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, brand, marketing, sales, and customer success to align efforts and maximize impact.
- Track and optimize performance, defining the right KPIs to measure success and continuously improve product marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in SaaS, marketing & product — you’ve seen some features rise & shine.
- You define, position & launch SaaS features like a pro — so our solutions get understood, adopted, and loved.
- Market & customer data whispers secrets to you, and you turn them into smart decisions to feed the product strategy.
- Storytelling? You could explain AI (and your PMM job) to your grandma in under a minute.
- You know how to manage transversal projects, you get everyone on board and keep things moving — no bottlenecks, just progress.
- Words are your superpower? Then you’re exactly where you need to be!
- Fluent in French & comfortable in English. Spanish or Italian? Even better!

- Business Interview – 60 minutes with Lucie, our Head of Product Marketing, to dive into your expertise and approach.
- Case Study at Skello – A hands-on exercise with Lucie (Head of Product Marketing) and Ariane (VP Product) to showcase your strategic thinking.
- Vision Interview – 30 minutes with Paul (Chief of Staff) to discuss the bigger picture and where you fit into it.
- Fit Interview – A 15-minute chat with a member of the product team—can even be over a coffee ☕.
