Job Description

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager
Contract: Permanent/CDI
Start Date: Asap
Activity: Full-time (100%)
Location: This is a remote role that can be worked from Switzerland, Germany, UK, USA, Sweden

  • Support the development of the marketing strategy around Lunaphore's products, setting goals, identifying key success factors, and outlining tactics with KPIs to boost scientific credibility and product awareness, while also focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and manage lead generation campaigns, educational and marketing initiatives, as well as scientific grant programs, targeting the Biopharma, CROs and Academia market segments, creating a wide range of collateral, including infographics, blog posts, slide decks and customer testimonials. This effort aims to support customer acquisition and promote new applications and technologies across multiple channels, from inception to completion.
  • Ensure marketing readiness through the timely dissemination of information. Engage with Lunaphore teams and stakeholders, including commercial teams, employees, regional distributors, industry partners, scientific collaborators, KOLs, and customers, to oversee the generation and collection of technical and scientific data.
  • Monitor research publications and drug development activities, analyze new technical, scientific and business news, gain understanding on competitor applications, translational research projects and data, and identify scientific trends among the research community.
  • Design marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and opportunity generation, and implement them in the CRM.
  • Track performance of activities. Develop reports, analyze KPIs and ROI, and regularly optimize marketing efforts.
  • Track leads in the CRM and coordinate follow-ups with Sales Development Representatives.
  • Be the driving force of product marketing, set ambitious goals, push to complete tasks by their deadlines, and consistently achieve commercial targets.
  • Travel internationally to attend scientific conferences up to 10% of the time.
  • Remote employees are required to travel to the Swiss site on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • You have a Master’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or similar. PhD in Life Sciences, with a focus in immuno-oncology, immunology, histopathology, oncology, and/or molecular biology is a strong plus.
  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role, including positions in Marketing, Product Management, Technical Sales, Field Application Science and Business Development in the biomedical or biotech industries.
  • You have experience building relationships with KOLs, clinical researchers and academic customers.
  • Previous experience with similar products and customers, including molecular or antibody-based testing instrumentation, high-capex spatial technologies, and life sciences laboratories in academic core facilities, biopharma, CROs and clinical research laboratories is highly desired.
  • Proven scientific understanding of biomarker analysis, histopathology, molecular biology, immuno-oncology or immunology, and/or a good understanding of the drug and biomarker development processes is a strong plus. Is a strong plus.
  • You have an excellent command of oral and written English. Additional languages such as French or German are a plus.
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign is a plus.
  • Experience using HubSpot or other CRM and/or Marketing automation tools is a strong plus.
