Job Summary

Quantum Health is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to help shape and execute our go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will bridge the gap between market needs, client insights, and product innovation, ensuring our solutions are positioned effectively and clearly differentiated in the healthcare and benefits marketplace.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing product positioning and messaging, creating impactful marketing assets, supporting product launches, and equipping sales and client-facing teams with the tools they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Client teams to communicate the value of our solutions and reinforce Quantum Health's position as an industry innovator.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with experience in healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits. This individual thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about translating complex concepts into compelling, customer-focused stories.

Essential Roles and ResponsibilitiesMarket & Product Strategy (30%)
  • Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare and employee benefits landscape, including market dynamics and competitive trends.
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Client teams to create differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates with employers, consultants, and other key buyers.
  • Provide market and competitive insights that inform product strategy, enhancements, and innovation initiatives.
Go-to-Market Execution (40%)
  • Lead marketing plans for assigned products and solutions, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and broader business goals.
  • Develop and maintain compelling sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and other product-focused materials.
  • Support product launches through coordinated messaging, training, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Translate complex product features and capabilities into clear, client- and member-centric benefits.
Sales Enablement & Internal Collaboration (20%)
  • Partner with Sales and Client-facing teams to develop training, tools, and resources that help articulate product value and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Marketing, Demand Generation, Client Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure messaging is consistent and integrated across all channels.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from clients, prospects, and consultants to identify insights that inform future marketing strategies and product decisions.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement (10%)
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies to maximize impact and business results.
  • Support thought leadership efforts by identifying opportunities to showcase Quantum Health's value, innovation, and differentiation in the marketplace.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Health, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 5-7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of strategic marketing planning and tactical execution.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation development skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling, and customer-focused messaging.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach to execution.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for conferences, industry events, and client meetings.
